My support

  • Antenatal Support Just for You

Information in pregnancy and birth can be totally overwhelming. By taking an private course with me you will experience a safe space to ask any questions, with non judgemental support throughout.

Having someone that you know personally to educate you means you receive continuity of care, and can help empower you to make decisions that are right for you and your family in your birth and early parenting journey.

Delivered in the comfort of your own home, or via zoom, these sessions are tailored to you own circumstances whether this is your first birth, or you are growing your family.

I LOVE working with parents one to one, they are powerful sessions!

  • Beside You Birth Package

Birth is not just one day. It is the whole stretch of time leading up to your baby’s arrival where you are thinking about your baby, making decisions, feeling all the emotions and trying to picture how it will actually be.

My birth support is designed so that you feel genuinely held through that whole journey, not just when you are in labour.

From the moment you book me I am in your corner. We’ll get to know each other, talk about what matters to you, we prepare together and when the time comes I am there beside you and your birth partner with my focus solely on you and your needs.

  • The First Six Weeks

The First Six Weeks Package is for you if you know you would feel safer and more supported with a steady, familiar presence walking alongside you through this time, rather than trying to hold everything together on your own.

This is my most focused postnatal package, designed to wrap consistent, practical and emotional support around you and your family.

This package can be especially supportive after a Caesarean Birth

You can book this package though whenever you need postnatally - it doesn’t have to be immediately after your birth

  • Held in Postpartum

Those first days and weeks after your baby arrives can feel like a blur. You are healing, learning your baby, your new family dynamics, figuring out feeding, running on very little sleep and trying to make sense of this completely new version of life. You are also expected to host visitors, answer messages, remember appointments and somehow enjoy every minute.

My postnatal support is about creating a calm, nurturing bubble around you so that you feel held, not overwhelmed. We focus on what you and your family actually need, which is hugely important for your emotional and physical wellbeing after birth
