In a nutshell I am obsessed with birth and obsessed with supporting parents through it all!
I had a very different life before I birthed my daughter in 2018, she’s an absolute gift and she completely changed my life. Birthing her opened my eyes, I saw myself, my partner, my birthing body, our maternity system in a whole new light. I was basically rebirthed myself, and now I live for supporting and nurturing you as you start or grow your family.
I have worked in the East Kent birth community now for 5 years, and have an incredible network of professionals who I can call on and sign post you too.
I am especially passionate about helping you navigate the maternity system, I regularly meet with the teams from East Kent Maternity Trust. If you choose to birth in hospital, and if I am your birth Doula please know that I love supporting hospital births as much as home births. Wherever you want to birth that’s where I am meant to be!
I spend my time working as a Doula, teaching Antenatal classes locally for the antenatal business I birthed back in 2021 Hey Baby Perinatal and running The Perinatal Academy, a training academy for Doulas and Antenatal Teachers, so I live and breath birth every day!
I am in the Zest Midwives family, which means I am part of the Our Village Midwife Team in East Kent, supporting births alongside Frances, the founder and an incredible Independent Midwife.
When I am not working and being a mum, then you'll find me drinking coffee in Whitstable or at The Sun Deck in Margate with friends and fam.
