Held in Postpartum
Held in Postpartum
Pay as you go – £30 per hour
Ideal if you would like to start gently or are not sure yet how much support you will want.
Postnatal bundle – 12 hours for £300
A block of time we can spread over your early weeks, for example as three or four hour visits, so you know you have regular support already in place.
Every family is different, so this support is always bespoke, but it can include:
Nurturing, practical support at home
I bring snacks, encouragement, love, hugs and reassurance. I am there to listen, to notice how you are really doing and to help you feel a little more human in the middle of it all.Infant feeding support
Whether you are breast or chestfeeding, combination feeding or bottle feeding, I support you without judgement. As a breastfeeding peer supporter trained by The Association of Breastfeeding Mothers, I can offer practical help and gentle guidance, and I will always signpost you on if you need more specialist support.Time for you to rest
I can take care of your baby so that you can nap, shower, eat a hot meal or simply sit in quiet for a moment. You are allowed to rest and be looked after too.Light household support
I can help with light chores so that the basics are taken care of and you are not looking around feeling like everything is on top of you.Nourishing food and small comforts
I can prepare simple, nourishing meals and snacks, run you a bath, offer a hand massage while you feed or a gentle foot soak. These small acts of care can make a big difference to how held you feel.Space to process your birth
If you want to talk about your birth, I am there to listen and help you make sense of what happened. If more support is needed, I can help you find the right people to speak to.Connection to trusted local support
You also have access to my network of perinatal support across East Kent, so if you need extra help with feeding, mental health, body work or anything else, we can link you in.
This kind of support is valuable for everyone in postpartum, and it can be especially helpful if you do not have a large support network nearby or when your partner returns to work and the days at home feel a little bigger.
My aim is always to help you build confidence as you get used to your new rhythms as a family, so that you feel less alone and more like yourself again
