Antenatal support just for you
Antenatal Support
-
Three 2.5 hour antenatal sessions in your own home, just for you and your birth partner.
Across our time together we explore:
How labour and birth work and what helps things to flow
How to navigate the maternity system
Your options for place of birth and pain relief
Inductions and medical interventions and how to make informed decisions
Your birth preferences and how to communicate them
The early days with your baby, including feeding, sleep and practical careYou also receive: 1:1 support from me afterwards – you can message me with questions and worries until you feel you no longer need that extra layer of support
This is a gentle, in depth way to prepare together without being in a group setting.
-
A three hour session on Zoom or in person.
This is a gentle, empowering space to:
Talk through a previous birth experience
Explore what felt challenging and what you would like to feel differently this time
We’ll use hypnobirthing tools to support relaxation, confidence and coping and begin to shape your next birth from a place of understanding and self compassionWe use your story as the starting point and work together to nurture your confidence for what is ahead.
-
2.5 hours to talk through everything you need to consider for your birth plans, and what you might need to realistically achieve it.
We’ll talk through how to make decisions, and to navigate the maternity system (I am familiar with our hospitals in East Kent)
This will include talking through what you don’t want!
Preparing for all eventualities can make a huge difference to your birth experience.
This is a great option if full Doula support is out of your budget. -
